Change.org is hiring an Associate Account Manager

About the Role

The Associate Account Manager will support customer success and account management at Change.org, working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. This full-time role is available in Athens, Dublin, Austin, TX, or Boston, MA, with remote work options.

What You'll Do

  • Support key accounts by managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve customer issues
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions into active use
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and account performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations or social impact platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Background in advocacy, activism, or digital organizing

Salesforce, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Slack, Asana

Team & Environment

Part of a global Customer Success team with multiple account tiers. Collaborative team structure with Account Managers, Senior Managers, and Customer Success leadership. Reports to the Regional Account Management Lead.
