The Associate Account Manager will support customer success and account management at Change.org, working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. This full-time role is available in Athens, Dublin, Austin, TX, or Boston, MA, with remote work options.
What You'll Do
- Support key accounts by managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve customer issues
- Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions into active use
- Track and report on customer success metrics and account performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or social impact platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Background in advocacy, activism, or digital organizing

Part of a global Customer Success team with multiple account tiers. Collaborative team structure with Account Managers, Senior Managers, and Customer Success leadership. Reports to the Regional Account Management Lead.
