Responsibilities
- Support coaching staff during home and away practices and matches
- Help manage recruitment activities and communication with prospective athletes
- Engage with recruits during their campus visits to provide insights and support
- Assist in organizing and running identification camps as required
- Support youth soccer camp operations when necessary
- Travel to games, tournaments, and ID events to observe and assess potential recruits
- Analyze game footage for team development, opponent scouting, and recruit evaluation
- Help with office duties including database updates, equipment tracking, filing, calls, and meeting coordination
Benefits
- A stipend is offered to candidates not pursuing a graduate degree; those enrolled in a graduate program receive a tuition waiver and a small stipend

Stipend provided; graduate tuition waiver plus stipend for eligible graduate students
