Responsibilities
- Steps in to manage store operations when the Store Manager is unavailable or as directed.
- Helps guide and organize daily tasks for store team members.
- Inspires and supports team members while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Collaborates with the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Supports consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all team members.
- Addresses and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensures adherence to operational standards, including store cleanliness, product availability, and organization.
- Prepares food and beverage items for sale according to established procedures.
- Promotes a safe workplace by following safety protocols and conducting loss prevention activities.
- Cleans and services equipment properly to maintain functionality and safety.
- Oversees accurate sales transactions and financial accountability for all products sold.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned by management.
