Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer interactions that align with the company's mission of delivering a premium fresh shopping experience.
- Collaborate with department leadership to implement operational strategies and support goal achievement.
- Foster team growth through training, coaching, recognition, and consistent professional support.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, celebrate accomplishments, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Protect company financial integrity by supporting controls around cash handling, audits, float monitoring, over/short reporting, and refund processes.
- Encourage understanding and compliance with internal policies and external regulations to maintain accountability.
- Enforce safe food handling and workplace safety standards to ensure a secure environment for staff and shoppers.
- Assist in daily store operations including checkout support, customer assistance, transaction approvals, schedule updates, cart collection, and facility cleanliness.
- Support administrative tasks such as secure management procedures, cash processing, staff scheduling, purchase requisitions, and payroll coordination.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to contribute to overall store performance.
