Jobgether is hiring a Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. You'll assist in planning, coordination, and execution, collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Support project management on large-scale construction projects ($20M+), assisting with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, reports, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support resolution of issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in preparing project updates, status reports, and communications for stakeholders.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project activities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in construction management on projects valued at $20M or more.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Proficiency with PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders.
