Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Client Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and resolved efficiently. This role is fully remote within Greece, and we offer a fully paid relocation package for successful candidates.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client relationship management.
- Stay informed about products and services to assist clients with detailed information.

- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
