Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Remote Technical Support Representative fluent in Italian to support customers for leading AI technology products. You'll provide remote technical support, troubleshoot problems, and help customers get the most from these advanced solutions, working alongside a team based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality remote technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI products and services.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
- Offer feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall support process.
- Assist in onboarding new team members as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
