Jobgether is seeking a Precast Project Engineer to lead and innovate in the design of precast and prestressed concrete structures. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader and mentor, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, sustainable, and code-compliant solutions through a combination of hands-on design work, structural analysis, and project coordination.

What You'll Do

Lead and execute precast concrete engineering and design tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with project teams to develop structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast solutions.
Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions.
Select materials and components that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.
Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications aligned with industry codes and standards.
Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle, including cost estimation and QA/QC processes.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.
Stay up to date with industry codes, technologies, and best practices in precast engineering.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in precast concrete design engineering, particularly in transportation infrastructure and underground structures.
Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, and AASHTO standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and RISA 3D software.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills to deliver quality results.
Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of IBC codes.
Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain.
