Telemedi is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team remotely from Serbia. In this role, you will be a Customer Service Specialist delivering a superior experience to individuals and business clients via phone and email, ensuring seamless access to telemedicine services.
What You'll Do
- Deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients via calls and mail.
- Register patients for visits and assist them in finding physical clinics.
- Contact clinics to book visits for patients.
- Collect feedback from clients and doctors.
- Handle complaints and report irregularities or deficiencies in consultations to physicians.
- Take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Native proficiency in the Serbian language.
- An empathetic, understanding, and discreet person.
- Accurate and organized work style.
- Communicative knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of the Office system.
- Experience in customer or patient service.
