Groupe Clarins, a leading French family-owned company in skincare and makeup committed to Responsible Beauty, is looking for an Assistant Product Manager, Trade Marketing. This is an apprenticeship position starting in September 2026, based onsite in Paris. You will join the French Trade Marketing team, reporting to the Junior Trade Product Manager, and contribute to the brand's trade marketing activities across all French retail networks.
What You'll Do
- Build and oversee the implementation of promotional activations, including national, local, and event-based campaigns.
- Assist in executing the annual Trade Marketing plan for all retail accounts.
- Draft Point-of-Sale (POS) supplier briefs and validate BATs (Bon à Tirer).
- Help develop marketing tools and materials, such as retailer specifications, sample books, and budget allocations.
- Support the organization of retailer events.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of trade operations.
- Perform competitor analysis through field studies on major launches and promotional strategies, and monitor POS and GWP trends.
- Utilize and integrate necessary tools for field teams on the Nomad software.
- Assist in preparing commercial meetings with relevant tools and presentations.
- Search for assets using the PIM DAM system.
- Provide support to the Trade department by managing gift orders and inventory, and tracking invoicing.

- Student in a Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Marketing, minimum Bac+4/+5 level.

- A first experience in operational marketing would be a plus.
