Groupe Rocher is looking for an Assistant Product Manager - Gifts (Internship) for a 6-month internship starting January 2026. You will join the Gifts team within the Yves Rocher brand, responsible for developing accessories and product kits offered to customers during CRM campaigns. This is an opportunity to work for an integrated Breton brand and an international family group with a mission to reconnect people with nature.
What You'll Do
- Research new ideas for gift accessories and Yves Rocher beauty product kits, aligned with strategy and market trends.
- Conduct monthly competitive intelligence, specifically on beauty gifts from competitors.
- Write supplier development briefs for items like bags, pouches, textiles, and tableware.
- Follow up on these developments, managing sample reception, analysis, proofs, and markings.
- Write communication briefs.
- Search within our portfolio for the beauty products best suited to the commercial brief of each gift campaign.
- Prepare customer survey materials.
- Perform analyses of the gift product offering, such as family mix.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in marketing or product development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Currently enrolled in a business school program or equivalent.
- Proficiency in oral and written English (B2 level).
- Perfect command of French, essential for writing communications.
- Aesthetic and creative sensibility, and an affinity for the fashion and beauty world.
- Organized and able to synthesize information.
- Enjoy teamwork.
