Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service to enhance the freshness-focused shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement strategies and meet performance targets.
- Support team growth through coaching, training, recognition, and maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate accomplishments, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service, proper product display and stock rotation, sufficient staff coverage, and department cleanliness.
- Handle administrative duties such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, processing invoices, managing schedules, and payroll tasks.
- Enforce adherence to food safety, health, and safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support overall store performance.
