Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service that enhances the customer's fresh shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement strategies and meet performance targets.
- Foster team growth through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition, while upholding professionalism and discretion.
- Lead routine team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate successes, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Support daily store operations by maintaining strong customer service, proper product display and rotation, sufficient staff coverage, and department cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, processing invoices, managing schedules, and payroll duties.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe, high-quality environment.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support overall store performance.
