Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service that enhances the fresh shopping experience.
- Collaborate with management to implement department plans and meet performance targets.
- Support staff growth through training, coaching, recognition, and maintaining professionalism.
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate goals, share knowledge, and give feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service, proper product display, stock rotation, and staffing levels.
- Maintain clean and orderly department conditions in line with quality standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering, scheduling, and payroll support.
- Enforce compliance with food safety, health regulations, and workplace safety policies.
- Assist with additional duties to support overall store performance.
