Atlas Real Estate is hiring an Assistant Portfolio Manager to support our Portfolio Managers through hands-on fieldwork, relationship building, and operational tasks to optimize property performance. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing property schedules, conducting inspections, marketing properties, and maintaining accurate information.
What You'll Do
- Promote and reinforce the Atlas Culture and Values.
- Provide field support for Portfolio Managers, building relationships with residents, vendors, owners, and coworkers.
- Build and maintain schedules for showings, inspections, maintenance, lease dates, and move-outs.
- Conduct fieldwork including setting up lockboxes, code boxes, and exterior property inspections.
- Use high-touch communication methods including phone calls, texts, and email.
- Drive to properties for approximately 20 hours per week.
- Complete continuing education to maintain an active real estate license.
- Create marketing advertisements using Tenant Turner, Facebook, and other programs to generate leads.
- Respond to leads, conduct showings and open houses, and collect property feedback.
- Work with teams and different departments to complete tasks.
- Attend daily check-ins with the Portfolio Manager for task alignment.
- Use AppFolio to update correct property information and pull reports.
- Learn and uphold Atlas best practices and ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
- Active Real Estate license in Wyoming.
- Willingness and ability for frequent travel between Cheyenne, Wyoming, Fort Collins, Greeley, and surrounding areas.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic office technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer management and relationship development.
- Commitment to continual learning and growth.
- High-functioning multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve effectively.
- Systems-oriented—can take direction and follow procedures.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check.
- Weekend availability and weekday flexibility.
- Ability to drive throughout the Northern Colorado Metro, Cheyenne Metro, and surrounding areas.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Single-family residence (SFR) exposure.
- Strong Property Management and/or Leasing Experience for the Colorado & Wyoming market.
