About the Role

Atlas Real Estate – Salt Lake City is hiring a Property Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of a dynamic property portfolio. As the primary point of contact for property owners, you'll build strong relationships and ensure exceptional communication throughout the property lifecycle, upholding our unique culture and values.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and continuously reinforce the Atlas Culture and Values.
  • Manage resident and owner communications as their primary point of contact.
  • Oversee and delegate all aspects of showing, leasing, renewing, and move-outs for properties in your portfolio.
  • Provide general supervision of all single-family and multifamily assets.
  • Work varied hours including nights and weekends with an adaptable schedule.
  • Schedule and work with maintenance personnel to ensure properties are kept in exceptional condition.
  • Provide reports for individual owners and the company.
  • Maintain a 95% occupancy and collections rate.
  • Delegate tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager.
  • Learn and uphold Atlas best practices regarding truthfulness, ethics, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Idaho Real Estate License Required.
  • 5+ years of property management experience.
  • Strong Property Management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations and support portfolio performance.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology.
  • Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve and complete multiple tasks within a narrow schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • High-functioning multi-tasking.
  • Ability to keep a schedule.
  • Being system oriented and organized.
  • Must pass background check.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual – proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience with Appfolio.
  • Prior sales experience preferable.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

  • Compensation: $54,000 - $74,000/year depending on skills and experience.
