About the Role

Atlas Real Estate in Salt Lake City is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of a dynamic property portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for property owners, promoting our unique culture while managing operations to ensure high occupancy and exceptional property condition.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and continuously reinforce the Atlas Culture and Values.
  • Manage Resident & Owner Communications as their start-to-finish point of contact.
  • Oversee and delegate all aspects of showing, leasing, renewing, and move-outs for properties in your portfolio.
  • Provide general supervision of all single-family & multifamily assets.
  • Work varied hours including nights and weekends with an adaptable schedule.
  • Schedule and work with maintenance personnel to ensure properties are kept in exceptional condition.
  • Provide reports for individual owners and the company.
  • Maintain a 95% occupancy and collections rate.
  • Delegate tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager.
  • Learn and uphold Atlas best practices including truthfulness, compliance, and ethical conduct.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Utah Real Estate License.
  • Strong Property Management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations and support portfolio performance.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology.
  • 5+ years of property management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve and complete multiple tasks within a narrow schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must pass background check.
  • High-functioning multi-tasking.
  • Ability to keep a schedule.
  • Being system oriented and organized.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual – proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience with Appfolio.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
