FrieslandCampina Ingredients is looking for a Channel Manager for its Professional Bakery segment in the French market. Driven by our purpose to nourish by nature, this role is central to developing local channel insights and executing our portfolio strategy to make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough research on competitors, market trends, pricing, categories, and applications to translate findings into actionable channel plans.
- Determine and optimize the relevant product portfolio, including hero assortment and innovation initiatives, aligned with the channel plan.
- Translate the global Professional Bakery strategy into a France-specific 12Q plan with clear goals, KPIs, target groups, and OTIF execution.
- Map the customer journey to identify touchpoints and optimize the overall customer experience.
- Manage A&P within budget and monthly phasing.
- Utilize data analytics to make decisions and continually optimize marketing strategies, monitoring leading and lagging KPIs to adjust tactics for maximum impact.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Marketing Director Europe. The role involves close collaboration with Country Managers & Commercial Teams, fellow Channel Managers, Finance & Pricing Teams, Digital Marketing, KOLs, Ambassadors, Distributors, and AB Customers.
