Repwest Insurance (a part of U-Haul family of companies) is hiring an Assistant Moving Center Manager

U-Haul Co. of Iowa, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Moving Center Manager (Assistant General Manager) to take on day-to-day operational leadership. You will be part of an excellent team, frequently managing the center in the General Manager's absence while learning valuable skills.

What You'll Do

• Run daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
