Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and attentive service that supports a premium fresh grocery experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement team plans and meet performance targets.
- Encourage team growth through training, guidance, encouragement, and acknowledgment, while upholding professionalism and discretion.
- Lead routine team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate accomplishments, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback to strengthen team involvement.
- Support daily functions by maintaining excellent customer service, proper product display and stock rotation, sufficient staff coverage, and consistent cleanliness in the department.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, supply orders, invoice processing, schedule coordination, and payroll support.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety protocols and local regulations to sustain a secure and high-standard shopping environment.
- Support overall store performance by completing additional assigned tasks as needed.
