Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service that enhances the fresh grocery shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement department plans and meet performance targets.
- Support team growth through training, coaching, recognition, and upholding professional standards.
- Lead team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate accomplishments, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining excellent service, proper product display, accurate stock rotation, staffing needs, and cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, invoice processing, schedule coordination, and payroll support.
- Enforce adherence to food safety and workplace health regulations to ensure a secure, high-standard environment.
- Support overall store performance by completing additional tasks as needed.
