Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming and professional customer interactions that enhance the in-store shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement team goals and operational strategies.
- Encourage team growth through training, ongoing coaching, recognition, and maintaining professional standards.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share product updates, and reinforce performance feedback.
- Maintain excellent customer service, proper product display, inventory rotation, staffing levels, and department cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, invoice processing, schedule coordination, and payroll support.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, health regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with additional responsibilities to support overall store performance and operational efficiency.
