About the Role

The adidas Group is looking for an Assistant Manager, Range Architecture to join our North America team. In this role, you will help drive range efficiency by defining the architecture, phasing, and pricing guidance needed to achieve our brand and financial targets for the US and Canada, in line with global directives.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Range Architecture team to analyze and recommend the ideal seasonal market Range Architecture for assigned Business Units.
  • Gather relevant information to coordinate and deliver quantitative and qualitative range analysis, including sell-in, sell-out, and efficiency metrics.
  • Contribute to preparing the preliminary range architecture, focusing on range size, efficiency, phasing, pricing, and share of business.
  • Support preparing the final seasonal Market Range Architecture, ensuring alignment with the Global Brand Horizontal Framework and local strategic adjustments.
  • Support the Market Price Architecture by reflecting pricing strategy within the Range Architecture.
  • Help identify preseason and in-season risks related to product gaps or opportunities that could impact financial targets.
  • Provide information and support to Market Business Units to guarantee adherence to the market range architecture.
  • Contribute to preparing range guidance deliveries for BU Market Teams, Demand Planning, SCM, and WHS/DTC partners, and assist in collecting their input.

What We're Looking For

  • A university degree in business, ideally with a marketing and sales focus, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in Category Management or Merchandising/Ranging/Sales/Planning.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in Market North America (US and Canada), following a schedule of in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday.
