About the Role

Samsung Electronics America is hiring an Assistant Manager, B2C Channel Sales / TV. In this role, you will maintain and develop business to achieve company sales targets and KPIs within the Visual Display Division, maximizing revenue and profit through strategic sales planning and execution for channel accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the sales team.
  • Set and motivate the team to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage Independent and Organized Dealer Channels, including Ditsy Channel.
  • Manage distributors with structured communication and oversee channel development.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by product.
  • Perform PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) management with assigned accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product line-up.
  • Manage inventory to prevent aging in Samsung warehouses and partner locations.
  • Develop and take full responsibility for Sell-In, Sell-through, and Sell-out programs.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activities for ROI.
  • Achieve market share targets through Shelf Share, sell-out trend analysis, and display management.
  • Support, manage, and perform team duties.
  • Manage SKU optimization based on SKU analysis.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Sales & Field activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and ability to engage with all CE channel actors (partners, dealers, salespeople, and end-users).
  • Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality, with effective multitasking.
  • Strong drive for results and a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
  • Proficient in priority setting and problem solving.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English with excellent negotiation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in the Consumer Electronics business or other Electronics / IT industries.
  • An Engineering background with both technical understanding and marketing capabilities.

This position requires an onsite work mode.
