Responsibilities
- Operate all necessary equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport ingredients from delivery zones to storage, preparation areas, and refrigerated units.
- Assemble and prepare menu items according to established standards.
- Answer incoming calls and accurately process customer orders.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete required documentation.
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment and facility spaces on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate strong comprehension and ability to provide accurate written instructions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members during order processing.
- Perform basic arithmetic operations quickly and accurately, with or without a calculator.
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
- Possess clear verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order intake and processing.
- Coordinate hand-eye movements to perform fast and precise tasks.
- Enter order details accurately using computer keyboards or touch-screen systems.
