Responsibilities
- Support the lead manager in overseeing daily restaurant functions, including service quality, food production, stock oversight, and employee scheduling.
- Lead and guide team members by conducting training, enforcing operational standards, and delivering performance feedback.
- Ensure the workplace remains clean and orderly by following established health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Help design and execute operational strategies that enhance store performance and support goal attainment.
- Carry out office-related duties and monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient supply management.
- Step into the lead manager role when necessary, maintaining smooth operations during absences.
