Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to employees to promote consistent service quality.
- Ensure the workplace meets cleanliness, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in developing and executing operational strategies to meet performance targets.
- Perform administrative duties and manage inventory to support efficient restaurant function.
- Serve as acting General Manager when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
