Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food production, inventory oversight, and employee scheduling.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring compliance with established policies and offering ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure the workplace remains clean and orderly by following all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Help develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing restaurant performance and meeting operational targets.
- Carry out administrative duties and monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient supply management.
- Serve as acting General Manager when needed, maintaining seamless operations during absences.
