Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all areas of restaurant operations
- Guide, develop, and inspire team members to perform effectively
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered during every shift
- Uphold high standards for food quality, order speed, and accuracy
- Manage employee schedules, labor distribution, and stock levels
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Supervise financial tasks including cash handling, deposits, and profit tracking
- Contribute to promotional initiatives aimed at increasing sales
