Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all facets of restaurant operations
- Train, guide, and inspire team members to perform effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered during every shift
- Uphold standards for food quality, order speed, and accuracy
- Manage employee schedules, labor costs, and inventory levels
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Supervise cash handling, banking procedures, and store profitability
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales
