Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily lodge operations in a remote northern location
- Support supervision of housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure guest comfort and high standards of accommodation
- Assist in inventory and supply management for lodge facilities
- Maintain health and safety protocols across all lodge areas
- Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise
- Support compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Assist in scheduling and workforce coordination
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist in onboarding new lodge staff
- Ensure proper use of equipment and tools
- Support emergency preparedness and response procedures
- Keep accurate records of operations and incidents
- Assist in budget tracking for lodge supplies
- Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment
- Coordinate with logistics teams for deliveries
- Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation practices
- Support energy efficiency and resource conservation
- Facilitate communication between staff and management
