About the Role

The role involves assisting in the management of a remote lodge facility, overseeing accommodations, guest experience, housekeeping, and maintenance operations while supporting staff and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily lodge operations in a remote northern location
  • Support supervision of housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Ensure guest comfort and high standards of accommodation
  • Assist in inventory and supply management for lodge facilities
  • Maintain health and safety protocols across all lodge areas
  • Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise
  • Support compliance with environmental and safety regulations
  • Assist in scheduling and workforce coordination
  • Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards
  • Assist in onboarding new lodge staff
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and tools
  • Support emergency preparedness and response procedures
  • Keep accurate records of operations and incidents
  • Assist in budget tracking for lodge supplies
  • Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for deliveries
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation practices
  • Support energy efficiency and resource conservation
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards if applicable
  • Assist in planning for seasonal operations
  • Uphold company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of lodge services

Work Environment

Physical Requirements
