Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service that enhances the fresh grocery shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement department plans and meet performance targets.
- Support team growth through coaching, training, recognition, and by fostering trust and professionalism.
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate accomplishments, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Assist in daily operations by maintaining excellent customer service, proper product display, inventory rotation, staffing levels, and department cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, processing invoices, managing schedules, and payroll support.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety protocols and local regulations to uphold a secure environment.
- Support overall store performance by completing additional assigned tasks as needed.

- Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate merchandising and rotation, adequate staffing coverage, and consistent department cleanliness.
- Provide office and administrative support, including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, schedule maintenance, and payroll functions.
- Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations to maintain a safe and high-quality shopping environment.
- Contribute to store success by assisting with other related duties as required.
