Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and attentive service that enhances the freshness and quality of the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement operational plans and meet performance targets.
- Encourage team growth through training, guidance, encouragement, and acknowledgment, while upholding professionalism and discretion.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate successes, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Assist daily functions by maintaining excellent customer support, proper product display and stock rotation, staffing needs, and department cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, supply orders, invoice processing, schedule coordination, and payroll assistance.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health regulations, and workplace safety standards to protect customers and staff.
- Support overall store performance by completing additional tasks as needed.
