SOL Group is hiring an Assistant Facility Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Operations, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations and key ISO standards including 9001 and 14001.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and clear, effective communication skills.
  • Proven background in managing inventory systems and overseeing budgetary processes.
  • Capable of leading employee training programs and performing internal audits.
  • Proficient in using computers and common software tools including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects, and PowerPoint.
  • Numerically adept, with the ability to assess data such as supplier quotes, stock movements, and discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Skilled in negotiation and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Knowledge of HSE protocols and adherence to emergency response procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer service relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to petroleum handling operations and related regulatory compliance is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms is considered a plus.
