Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc is looking for an Assistant Facility Manager - Soft Services to ensure client satisfaction through the successful delivery of facility services. You will manage daily operations to align with client Service Level Agreements (SLA).
What You'll Do
- Inspect and monitor building facilities, including lifts, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply, and building work.
- Monitor the process of reporting and following up on requests and complaints from occupants to the management office.
- Report immediately to client management in the event of any major or minor breakdown impacting business operations.
- Inspect and monitor township functions, including HVAC, fan coil units, electrical, cable, civil, plumbing, water supply, sewage, interior design work, and lighting.
- Set and monitor processes to liaise with contractors for detected malfunctions.
- Ensure proper follow-up and completion of rectification works and pending requests, reporting to client management per SLA.
- Implement and monitor a process for liaison with suppliers regarding damage, loss, or malfunction of building supplies.
- Ensure proper follow-up on requests and complaints from client employees.
- Implement a process to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
