About the Role

At Hilton, united by our vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, we are looking for an Assistant Director of Social Catering & Weddings. In this role, you will support the direction and management of the Catering and Weddings team, assisting in the planning, promotion, and coordination of social and wedding events to drive revenue growth and expense control.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing market segments and soliciting new client relationships while maintaining existing ones for social, wedding, and corporate accounts.
  • Support the selection, training, and evaluation of Catering and Weddings staff to ensure proper event execution, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Assist in creating business plans, budgets, revenue goals, and forecasts for food and beverage services, wedding packages, and other event-related items.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, guaranteeing client needs are met.
  • Meet with key clients to support event planning and execution, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective clients, couples, and planners to showcase event spaces and services.
  • Attend menu, staff, and departmental meetings to ensure alignment and preparation for upcoming events.
