Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and attentive service that enhances the in-store shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement department plans and meet performance targets.
- Encourage team growth through training, coaching, recognition, and ongoing support, while upholding professionalism and discretion.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate successes, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Support daily store functions by maintaining excellent customer service, proper product display and stock rotation, staffing alignment, and department cleanliness.
- Handle administrative duties such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, invoice processing, schedule coordination, and payroll assistance.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety protocols and regulations to sustain a secure and high-standard shopping environment.
- Assist with additional tasks that contribute to the overall performance and efficiency of the store.
