Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. Work closely with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals and performance objectives. Support team development through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition while maintaining a high level of trust, confidentiality, and professionalism. Build a positive, collaborative team culture by leading regular huddles to share goals, celebrate successes, strengthen product knowledge, and encourage two-way feedback. Bring our food experience to life by preparing and cooking fresh offerings for our hot and cold bar and grill stations. Support daily department operations to ensure excellent customer service, effective merchandising and rotation, adequate staffing coverage, and consistently high cleanliness standards. Provide office and administrative support including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions. Promote clear communication and adherence to company policies and government regulations to support compliance across the team. Follow all corporate policies and procedures with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and proper equipment use. Support store operations by assuming other related duties on a periodic basis.
