- Monitor daily balancing and reconciliation procedures
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Uphold confidentiality and data security protocols
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews
- Track and report on sales and service activity
- Support loan processing and account opening workflows
- Identify opportunities to enhance member experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial offerings
