Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional customer interactions that enhance the fresh shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the department lead to implement strategies and meet performance targets.
- Support team growth through training, coaching, recognition, and maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate goals, acknowledge accomplishments, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback.
- Assist in daily store functions by upholding excellent service, proper product display, stock rotation, staffing balance, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, invoice processing, schedule coordination, and payroll support.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety protocols and local regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Support overall store performance by taking on additional duties as needed.

- Lead regular team huddles to share goals, recognize achievements, exchange product knowledge, and provide meaningful feedback to build engagement and connection.
- Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate merchandising and rotation, adequate staffing coverage, and consistent department cleanliness.
- Provide office and administrative support, including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, schedule maintenance, and payroll functions.
- Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations to maintain a safe and high-quality shopping environment.
- Contribute to store success by assisting with other related duties as required.
