Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional customer interactions that align with the company's promise of a superior fresh shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the department lead to implement strategies and meet performance targets.
- Support staff growth through training, coaching, recognition, and ongoing motivation while upholding professionalism and discretion.
- Lead routine team meetings to communicate goals, celebrate successes, share product insights, and offer constructive feedback to strengthen team engagement.
- Assist daily operations by maintaining excellent customer service, proper product display, accurate stock rotation, sufficient staffing, and consistent cleanliness.
- Handle administrative duties such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, invoice processing, schedule coordination, and payroll support.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety protocols as well as provincial regulations to provide a secure and high-standard shopping environment.
- Support overall store performance by taking on additional relevant tasks as needed.
