Keolis Commuter Services is hiring an Asset & Reliability Analyst

About the Role

Keolis is looking for an Asset & Reliability Analyst to support the Mechanical team in developing and improving rolling stock asset management and maintenance techniques, asset reliability, and system performance.

What You'll Do

  • Standardize data entry into our EAM software, developing robust procedures and training
  • Develop and implement asset fleet plans
  • Further develop and implement the Incident Response matrix and associated forms
  • Create training documentation for PTC troubleshooting
  • Implement a Software Configuration Management Plan for PTC

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
  • Experience with Rolling stock maintenance and operations
  • Experience with EAM software
  • Experience with Change Management
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, interpersonal, and presentational skills
  • Innovative mindset
  • Mechanical aptitude and a strong understanding of engineering principles

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Trapeze EAM Software
  • Power BI

Team & Environment

You will join the Mechanical (Rolling Stock) team, which is part of a larger team of 550 maintenance staff.
