Ferrero Group is hiring a Customer Analyst Intern to join a cross-functional team and gain hands-on experience optimizing delivery performance and end-to-end processes within our FMCG environment. You'll contribute directly to business priorities, gaining insight into Order to Cash processes, performance metrics, and automation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct reviews of the end-to-end Order to Cash process to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve while improving service performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and support the development of actionable recommendations.
- Enhance reporting processes by leveraging Excel, Power BI, and automation tools to improve data accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.
- Support AI and automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve customer service operations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance, as well as external partners such as 3PL providers.
