Responsibilities
- Evaluate the complete Order to Cash workflow to detect inefficiencies, gaps, and cost-saving opportunities while enhancing service delivery.
- Track and assess key performance metrics such as On-Time In-Full and Minimum Order Value, identify trends, and help form practical improvement strategies.
- Improve data reporting systems using Excel, Power BI, and automation to increase accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing artificial intelligence and automation solutions to minimize manual effort, optimize workflows, and strengthen customer service operations.

Selection Process
The selection process includes three phases: Screening telephone interviews in March - April 2026, Online testing in April 2026, and Assessment Centre from April to May 2026.
Internship Duration and Start Date
The internship begins on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and lasts for 12 months. On-site work at designated locations is mandatory as per program requirements.
Right to Work Requirement
Applicants must legally be able to work in the United Kingdom for the full 12-month internship period at the time of application. This includes having an unrestricted work right or a valid visa allowing full-time employment throughout the program. Proof will be required before the internship starts, per UK law.
