Ferrero Group is looking for a Media & Digital Data Analyst to help realize our global digital and media measurement ambitions. Reporting to the Senior Media and Digital Data Analyst within our IT Global function, you will be a key reference point for advertising campaign data, transforming it into reliable insights that drive business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design and document data flows from a wide range of media and digital sources, including owned platforms like GA4 and social media, and paid platforms such as Meta Ads, DV360, CM360, and Amazon Ads.
- Execute validation and quality control checks on production data streams, ensuring they align with business rules and source system outputs.
- Contribute to the design of internal data models and support the setup of data ingestion pipelines for key media and digital KPIs.
- Collaborate with BI&A Analytics and Applications teams, as well as Media, Marketing, and eCommerce stakeholders, to ensure collected data effectively supports decision-making.
- Participate in training and documentation to strengthen the organization's understanding of media KPIs, data structures, and reporting logic.
- Contribute to high-visibility analytical topics like marketing mix modeling, digital attribution, retail media effectiveness, and campaign performance analysis.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid academic or professional experience in digital media planning, reporting, data management, or data analytics.
- A strong understanding of digital media data and marketing technologies.
- Familiarity with database structures and data models.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like SQL and Power BI.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Curiosity, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
