GFT Technologies SE is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to take ownership of supporting critical data pipelines and infrastructure. You will be a key player in ensuring system reliability and performance, working within our Medellín-based team.
What You'll Do
- Interpret logs, metrics, and errors to diagnose issues within data pipelines.
- Support and maintain data infrastructure to ensure high availability.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with orchestrators like Airflow.
- Hands-on knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including S3, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch, and Lake Formation.
- Basic understanding of data models and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience handling Athena and Redshift.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of DBT and n8n.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Metabase.
