Trane Technologies is seeking an Associate Lead PMO Analyst to join our PMO team in Bangalore. At Trane Technologies, we create innovative climate solutions that challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting continuous improvement, process design, and data automation for our New Product Development projects.

What You'll Do

Gather and evaluate project data from multiple sources to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards to monitor project progress, milestones, and key performance metrics.
Interact with project managers and stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data validity.
Analyze project progress and accomplishments to identify patterns, risks, and areas for improvement.
Assist the PMO in creating and implementing project management policies and standards of excellence.
Assist with project progress updates, management summaries, and presentations.
Improve decision-making by providing independent evaluations and data-driven insights.
Maintain data integrity and consistency across all project management tools and platforms.
Participate in PMO meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong collaboration skills and global stakeholder management experience.
Experience in new product development processes, with the ability to pull data from Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Materials departments to understand Bill of Materials and parts status.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, and query languages such as SQL.
Understanding of programming languages such as Python or VBA.
Knowledge of statistical ideas, data mining methods, and machine learning algorithms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Experience working in a diversified industrial company in areas like Procurement, New Product Development, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Finance, or Operations.
Expertise in Microsoft Office or similar systems.

Nice to Have

Oracle experience in a global environment.
A track record of coaching or mentoring teams, with a leadership and inclusion mindset and a passion for process improvement and innovative problem-solving.
Experience in supplier development, materials management, and/or supplier quality.
