Bullpen Talent is seeking an Asset Manager (Real Estate) to oversee the physical and financial health of a diverse property portfolio. You will serve as the owner's representative, protecting long-term asset viability by managing operations, budgets, and strategic plans. You’ll join a mission-driven team that operates at the intersection of real estate management, finance, and social impact.
What You'll Do
- Act as the owner's representative, managing the portfolio's financial and physical status.
- Review, approve, and monitor annual property management budgets and operational results.
- Develop and update comprehensive annual asset business plans, including 5-year strategies.
- Conduct site inspections, assess capital needs, and oversee small-scale capital projects.
- Lead commercial tenant lease negotiations and lease executions.
- Identify refinancing opportunities and recommend property management adjustments.
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and IRS regulations and handling insurance claims.
- Coordinate with teams to meet investor, lender, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain strong agency relationships.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Certified Housing Asset Management (CHAM) designation, or similar certifications.
- Exposure to commercial real estate.
- Experience in affordable housing or multifamily real estate.
