Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and execute asset management strategies for underground cables and distribution infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.
- Investigate failures of physical assets to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Design and update asset management plans and maintenance protocols to support safe, reliable, and sustainable network performance.
- Perform audits to verify that maintenance tasks comply with established procedures and standards.
- Manage workload priorities to effectively deliver on asset strategy objectives.
- Support the development and oversight of capital and operational budgets related to network asset management.
- Assist in identifying and applying process improvements across systems, tools, reporting, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Support the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices to optimize asset performance.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Ensure stakeholder involvement in creating and executing asset-related plans, procedures, and instructions for best results.
