Assent is looking for a self-starting, results-driven Integrated Media Specialist to supercharge our full-funnel marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with our digital marketing team and agencies to manage and optimize Assent's paid and organic media channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
What You'll Do
- Execute and optimize cross-channel paid media campaigns across digital media platforms like Google/Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other programmatic/display networks.
- Manage content syndication and third-party media partners to support demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Own our organic social media presence - primarily LinkedIn - with a focus on publishing engaging content, growing followers, and reinforcing campaign messaging.
- Build and manage full-funnel conversion strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and persona-based targeting to move buyers from awareness to decision buying stages.
- Develop and test ad copy, creative assets, CTAs, and landing pages to continuously improve click-through rates, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates.
- Use AI-powered tools to scale digital media campaigns with copy generation, A/B testing, and audience personalizations.
- Monitor campaign performance by using platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Measure campaign ROI and contribute to ongoing improvements in lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with integrated marketing (and agency), content, web, and marketing operations to align on paid and organic campaigns, messaging, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and suggest new channels and tactics proactively.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years experience in managing B2B paid media, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech environments, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience planning, executing, and optimizing organic social content (especially on LinkedIn), with an understanding of what drives social engagement and reach.
- Hands-on knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and 6sense.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to tailor messaging by funnel stage.
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to streamline tasks, generate copy, or run experiments.
- A test-and-learn mindset, always exploring creative angles, copy variations, audience segmentations, and formats to improve performance.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally with agility.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau to track impact and communicate campaign results.
