What You'll Do
Carry out assembly tasks for electronic and electro-mechanical systems, following defined procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability. You'll perform wiring, install components, conduct hand soldering, and assemble cable harnesses according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Interpret blueprints and technical documents to set up and adjust work processes, maintaining tight tolerances and meeting quality standards. While most assignments follow established routines, you'll use basic judgment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to share information, resolve minor issues, and support smooth workflow across production stages.
