As an Assembler, you will carry out the physical construction of electronic and electro-mechanical components, ensuring each unit meets exact design standards. You'll follow detailed sequences for wiring, installing parts, hand soldering, and assembling cable harnesses, using blueprints and technical guidance to maintain precision.
What You'll Do
- Assemble subcomponents and complete units using established procedures
- Interpret schematics and drawings to guide wiring and installation tasks
- Perform hand soldering and cable harness assembly with attention to quality and tolerance
- Adjust and calibrate setups to meet exact specifications
- Collaborate with team members to share technical details and resolve routine challenges
What We're Looking For
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We value hands-on experience in assembly environments, especially those involving electronics or mechanical systems. Familiarity with soldering, wiring techniques, and reading technical diagrams is preferred.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Monterrey, where teamwork and consistency are essential. You’ll report to the Production Supervisor and contribute to a production workflow that values accuracy and continuous improvement.
